Farm Tour
Enjoy a slice of a farmer’s life; join us at Project PACE for a guided, interactive farm tour!
You will have the chance to feed and pet all kinds of animals such as ducks, bunnies, chickens, goats, sheep and alpacas as we follow their routines.
Don’t forget to give our lovely farm dog, Ava, a hug!
Additional Art Activity
If you’re interested in staying on the farm a bit longer, you can join our additional art activity! In the morning we have a coloring page activity and in the afternoon we paint flower pots! For the coloring pages activity, each participant receives a Farm Zine—an illustrated book depicting our animals.
The activities may change from month to month.
Registration and Prices
Please register online.
One ticket per person (ages 2 & up) is required.
A ticket for the Farm Tour costs 10$ including tax.
For groups of 5 or more people, each ticket costs 9$.*
We can accommodate up to 25 people per tour.
If you want to book a private tour, you need to purchase 25 tickets at the discounted price of $8 each.*
If you would like to come to the farm on a specific date and time, but you do not see this time slot listed on our website, please contact us at 514-535-0283 and we will see what can be done.
*Discounts are applied automatically. The discount only applies for online registrations.
Registering for the Additional Activity
The cost of the additional activity is 10$ per participant.
How to purchase tickets for people willing to register for the activity:
If only some of your family members would like to join the additional activity, please purchase “Farm Tour and Activity” tickets only for them.
e.g. you are a family of 5 people: 2 adults and 3 kids. If only the kids would like to participate in the additional activity you would purchase 2 “Farm Tour only” tickets for parents and 3 “Farm Tour and Activity” tickets for children.
Details
In our experience, the morning tour is suitable for children aged 2 and up. Afternoon tours are more suitable for older kids and young adults, though everyone is welcome!
Everyone should be comfortable with free range animals.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
The Farm Tour lasts between 45 minutes to 1 hour. Please be sure to be on time in order not to miss part of the tour.
The Additional Activity lasts between 15 to 30 minutes.
Schedule
Every Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday at 9:30AM and at 5PM.
Summer Tours take place from mid May until mid October.
What to Wear & What to Bring
As this is an outdoor activity, wear outdoor clothes and closed-toed footwear that you don't mind getting dirty. We recommend wearing long pants even when it's hot outside.
Bug repellent and sunscreen.
We recommend wearing a summer hat as it protects you not only from the sun, but also from mosquitoes and flies.
For feeding ducks, you can bring raw veggies & fruits cut into small pieces. Ducks love lettuce, cucumbers, apples, cabbage, broccoli and leafy greens.
We recommend using a carrier (front or back) for young children. Do not use a stroller.
We look forward to having you on the farm!
